Outcomes Statements

We publish an 'Outcomes Statement' annually to support you in making decisions regarding any lending you may wish to become involved with*.

We provide this information, within 4 months of our financial year end. The reason we do this is to:

  • show the actual return against the projected return for all risk grade products offered within the financial year
  • show the expected and actual default rates for the loans originated in the financial year
  • support you as a lender in monitoring the performance of our loan book
